Calling all teens to break free from the turmoils of stress and learn skills to thrive, not simply survive. Come to a workshop in mindfulness,  and learn about the latest proven methods to increase focus and attention, reduce anxiety, find calm when feeling stress and redirect self-defeating and ruminating thoughts..  Teens will leave with practical tools to help them relax, navigate the stresses of school and social pressures, and cultivate a greater sense of joy and happiness, inner resilience and optimism.
