Join Larchmont resident Dr. Juna Bobby in a thought-provoking, important evening as we discuss science-backed skills for everyday life to stress less, do more, and be happier in a pandemic and beyond.

“Everything we create starts in our mind” –Dr. Juna Bobby

Dr. Bobby will share the Three Keys to a Resilient Brain, starting with Stress. Stress promotes a physiologic state that changes our chemistry down to the cellular level — even changing our brain structure. Stress can be a very positive force when it leads to positive change. Chronic stress, though, can act as a toxin to our brains, and growing brains are especially susceptible.

She will discuss the basic mechanics of neuroplasticity and the physiology of stress and resilience, and share three key strategies to transform from stressed to resilient with highlights from her new course — “Plan to SOAR” (Successful Organized And Resilient).
