In this fun, hands on cooking party you will be transported to the Southern tip of India to a state named Kerala. A lush tropical climate brings in an array of wonderful flavors. It is also called the land of coconuts and hence the experience of Keralan cuisine comes with coconut used in different forms. Come, experience the flavors taught by a native of Kerala- Rajni Menon.
We’ll be cooking: Authentic Kerala chicken curry with curry leaves and coconut milk, stir fried beets with grated coconut and steamed rice.
