We will refund your tuition only if:

1. If you notify us 5 FULL BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS MEETING (not counting the day of the class). We will issue you a refund, less a $20 processing fee. Refunds will not be given in cash. Call the office at 914-698-9126 to request a refund.

2. In the event that your course is cancelled due to low enrollment.

3. If the course you registered for is filled, we will place your name on a waiting list and refund your money.

Refunds for bus trips will only be issued if you withdraw more than 3 weeks prior to the trip date. We will issue you a refund, less a $20 processing fee.

NOTE ABOUT MAKE-UP DATES: A make-up class is offered, wherever possible, when a session is cancelled due to inclement weather, teacher illness, or other unavoidable circumstances. The make-up class is usually scheduled the week after the last regular session of the course, and we will not issue a refund if you are unable to attend class on the make-up date. Students assume all risk of changes in their personal schedules. An absence in either a scheduled or re-scheduled class does not result in a refund, tuition credit, or make-up session.

 No other refunds or credits will be granted, for any reason, at any time. No discount will be given for missed classes or if you are unable to attend a rescheduled make-up class.
