Join us for a 45 minute guided meditation practice to discover states of peace, balance, equanimity and contentment. Group meditation fosters connection, offers accountability, and creates a ripple-effect of peace. Participants will be guided through meditations that include body scans, breath work, loving kindness, visualizations, mantra and more – allowing time at the end for questions, reflections and discussion. All are welcome!
