“I am passionate about what I teach – I am an artist as well as a teacher and I often tell my students that I “practice what I preach”. I strive to give my students the confidence and skills to express themselves in clay. My goal is to create a collaborative studio atmosphere that is rich in discussion and mutual respect for one another. I have fostered the growth of the Ceramics and Advanced Placement Three Dimensional Design programs and have written curriculum and grants to enrich the program.”
