Learn the different ways to cook sugar to make delicious candies to enjoy and share – just in time for the holidays! Brittles have been around for a long time, they are a true art. We will learn how to use a candy thermometer to find that HARD candy mark, add nuts and then we have a nut brittle. Using that same technique and a few more fluffy ingredients we have a light and airy marshmallow candy. Recipes and ingredient lists will be provided prior to class.
