The last year has taken a toll on many of us—emotionally, physically, and psychologically. And yet, despite the challenges we face and the obstacles that life inevitably throws our way, there are tools we can use to raise our resilience, build our strengths, decrease our stress and reframe the struggles into growth and opportunity. In this workshop, we will explore practices and tools grounded in positive psychology—the science of optimal wellbeing—to harness positivity and experience greater resilience during difficult times.
