Join Apiary Chef and Owner Joerg Zehe to learn how to cook the perfect chicken!

In this class you will learn how to properly break down a chicken and utilise every part in your weekly cooking. We will braise the thighs and wings, using them to make a delicious Chicken Cacciatore. While that’s baking in the oven, we will prepare a chicken stock that can be used for any number of different soups, then finish off with a Lemon-Thyme Frenched Chicken Breast served with roasted potatoes and honey glazed carrots.
