Yoga with Core WorkKyle Greenberg
Enjoy the benefits of yoga by enhancing your flexibility, strength and balance while working the core of your body. This class is a flow based vinyasa style yoga with core exercises to strengthen your back and abs as well as increase your range of motion and comfort. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga sticky mat, strap, and foam yoga block. Kyle Greenberg is a certified yoga instructor in the Vinyasa and OM style and a certified Pilates mat instructor.

Cardio Sculpt - Tuesday MorningsJeannine Palermo
This class offers the perfect blend of a low impact workout, to increase your cardio level, along with sculpt and toning reps using hand weights, resistance bands, body bars and balls. You will alternate toning specific body parts with cardio training at an energetic pace. Please bring a pair of 3 or 5 lb. weights and a yoga mat to class. Jeannine Palermo, owner of Fitness Link, is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor.

Boot CampJeannine Palermo
Boot camp workouts are a great way to get fit, lose fat, and have fun. This class will focus on full body fitness including cardio and muscle endurance, fat and weight loss, strength, and agility. Workouts involve calisthenics and other body weight exercises at an intense level; the challenge is to take your body to its limit. You will start training at your own level and move up as you get stronger and faster. You will work, sweat, and best of all, burn calories like crazy! Pilates is a system of movements that work the abdominal muscles, and in the process, the entire body. Muscles are toned and stretched improving strength, stamina, posture and flexibility. Focusing on breathing and control of movement, Pilates seeks to unite mind and body. Sessions will include yoga-inspired moves and stretches. The Feldenkrais Method - Day Inge Unger
Improve flexibility, coordination and your posture, relieve aches and tension, and enhance your athletic performance through movements of the Feldenkrais Method, an exercise regimen recommended by Andrew Weil. These options for moving attentively, gracefully and effectively with less effort are self-paced. You will leave class feeling refreshed and revitalized. Inge Unger is a certified teacher in the Feldenkrais Method. Bring a padded yoga mat to class.

Yoga creates a condition of openness, flexibility and centeredness. It's a wonderful way to reduce stress, revitalize the body and calm the mind. This class will focus on yoga postures that develop stability, strength, flexibility, posture and stillness. Learn how to recharge your body through simple yoga breathing. This basic yoga class is suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga sticky mat to class. Arlene Towers is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. She has a degree in education and movement therapy and is a certified movement specialist.

Lifelong Fitness Susan Levitt
Adults who remain fit gain endurance, strength, balance and flexibility - benefits which accrue at any age. We will focus on functional exercises with an emphasis on balance and coordination. The use of free weights and stretch bands will enhance overall strength and flexibility. Susan Levitt is an Occupational Therapist and a certified fitness instructor. Zumba is a fusion of fitness and Latin dance moves with fast and slow intervals that will tone and sculpt your body. You won't even notice that you're working out and losing weight! Easy to follow dance steps to swinging Latin music will deliver a calorie burning workout. Angela Hultberg has taught dance and exercise classes from Aerobics to Step to Weight Training since 1980.
