In a supportive environment, this class will help you explore your experiences and shape them into an engaging narrative. As you write your memoir, we’ll look at the significance of people, places and events in a life story, examine how memoirists tell their tales, and explore narrative techniques. All levels are welcome. Joan Motyka, a former newspaper reporter, has been an editor and writing coach at The New York Times.
