You will learn which assets can be passed to children free of estate tax, how senior citizens can protect their home and other assets from future nursing home costs, and how various legal techniques including the creation of trusts can enable you to accomplish these goals. Neil Lubarsky, a Harvard Law graduate who also possesses an L.L.M. in tax law from NYU, has been a practicing estate planning and elder law attorney for over 30 years.
